No Cancellations or Refunds
All pre-order sales are final. Due to the made-to-order nature of these items, we do not accept cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks once an order is placed.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
